The identification of students with High Abilities/Giftedness (AH/SD) is essential to developing their potential. The objective of this study is to analyze the challenges faced by teachers in identifying students with AH/SD and the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC) for curricular enrichment. This investigation was carried out through field research, a qualitative approach, with descriptive objectives and content analysis. The data revealed that the main challenges faced by teachers in the inclusion of students with AH/SD refer to: the absence training and capacity building; the lack of knowledge and understanding about the specific characteristics of students, which makes it difficult for teachers to perceive students' AH/SD characteristics; lack of time and resources, combined with work overload; little mastery in the use of digital technologies to enrich the class. It is important, therefore, that the role of teachers is essential in the recognition and curricular enrichment of students with AH/SD.
