The article aims to understand the multidimensionality of the Programa Universidade Para Todos - ProUni, which stem from the experiences of scholarship holders in higher education. Through bibliographic research in the SciELO and BDTD databases, 53 works were selected that met the requirement of being researches that sought to understand the perception of the scholarship holders, that is, mainly through interviews and questionnaires. With the reading of the selected texts, categories of analysis were elaborated to classify the different dimensions raised by the prounists, namely: exclusion, permanence, support network and inclusion. What it was possible to notice is that these dimensions are related to each other, such as permanence leading to the formation of support networks.
