Abstract

This systematic mapping identifies and analyzes national and international research to understand what type of learning is being sought in interventions that consider digital technological resources in helping young people undergoing cancer treatment. The methodology used involved the following steps: Definition of research questions; definition of the search process; establishment of criteria for filtering the results; definition of search string; Organization, presentation and analysis of results. The search for articles was carried out on the Portal de Periódicos da Capes. After the inclusion and exclusion filters, eight papers were selected. The results demonstrate that research address learning focused on health aspects, with predominance of the use of digital games and the theoretical approach based on mHealth. The observed trends are analyzed to identify potential for research development in the context of patients' school learning.
