Technology has become a great ally in education, and implementing its use strengthens teaching pedagogical practices, allowing for more dynamic and interactive classes. Therefore, it is necessary to adapt strategies and methodologies so that new skills are considered in teacher training. This study analyzed the contributions of a training process, based on the theme of robotics and educational technologies for teachers at a state public school. As a way of promoting new skills to teachers, workshops on Robotics and Educational Technologies were developed. During the workshops, there were moments of explanation of the theme, followed by experiments, dialogues, reports, and exchange of experiences, and later questions were asked about the evaluation of the teachers who participated. It is concluded that teachers implemented resources in their classes and were able to carry out pedagogical practices using educational technologies. However, it is necessary to highlight that some teachers presented difficulties and limitations in the use of technologies, demonstrating the need for theoretical and practical deepening within the scope of this study.
