Training policy of teachers in the state of Acre

The present article seeks to describe the proposals of teacher’s formation in the state of Acre, currently through the Federal University of Acre’s board interiorization, concern that persists since 1973, implementing special programs of teaching formation in the interior of state. In 2009 the CAPES through of the decree n° 6.755/2009, institute the national policy of formation of professionals of teaching’s basic education, creates the national plan of teacher’s formation of basic education/PARFOR, in order to offer a higher education for professionals in activity in public network of basic education. We emphasize that the insertion of PARFOR, in context and in the Acre’s educational reality, while program and strategy of teacher’s formation is formed in the effective possibility of ample the the debate and the reflection about the multiple dimensions and determinations that interfere aboutthe formation, the work and the the pedagogical practice of the teachers in the context and Amazon reality.
